About Makwin
Makwin is a mobile e-learning application developed by Makwin Learning.
Makwin started in 2022 and works as a personalised learning assistant for students.
The app provides:
- Video and audio classes
- PDF study materials
- Digital exams and programmable learning features
Students can enroll in selected courses with a one-time payment.
Course access is valid only for the duration mentioned at enrollment.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Makwin.
- Users under 18 must use the app with permission from a parent or guardian.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
User Account
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
- All activities under your account are your responsibility.
- Account sharing, resale, or misuse of access is not allowed.
- Makwin may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Course Access and Payments
- Courses are available through one-time payments.
- Course fees and discounts are dynamic and may change at any time.
- Access duration is limited to the period shown during enrollment.
- Payments are non-refundable, unless clearly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Palakkad.
